I colori viola e celeste con le loro innumerevoli tonalità cromatiche sono i protagonisti assoluti che indentificano chiaramente a primo acchito la banconota da 20 euro realizzata a mano libera dal pittore Adolfo Magnelli.
Si evince che, tale opera, riproduce fedelmente una banconota da 20 euro e la magnifica in prodotto artistico.
Le banconote euro estromettono la celebrazione iconografica dell’uomo all’interno di esse, come se il Rinascimento fosse stato messo da parte.
Il potere economico non viene però negativizzato dalle opere del Magnelli anzi, contrariamente, l’artista in questione vuole mettere in evidenza che è l’uso scorretto del denaro a generare forme di scompenso sociale.

However, economic power is not negatively affected by Magnelli's works, on the contrary, the artist in question wants to highlight that it is the incorrect use of money that generates forms of social imbalance.
